Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for unused products in original packaging. Please contact customer care to initiate a return.

Used candles are generally not eligible for return unless they arrived damaged or defective, subject to the official return policy.

Trim the wick to approximately 1/4 inch and place the candle on a stable, heat-resistant surface.

Tunneling may occur when the wax does not melt sufficiently across the surface, particularly during the first burn.

Stop use when approximately 1/2 inch of wax remains, or follow the product-specific safety instructions.
